Tireless missionary, charitable work in Kenya by Bishop of Nyeri and Mt. Kenya Neophytos

 

The work of Orthodox clerics and missionaries continues unabated in sub-Saharan Africa, despite the often difficult conditions in some regions.
One of the hierarchs persisting in spreading the Gospel is the Bishop of Nyeri and Mt. Kenya, His Grace Neophytos Kongai, who travels extensively through his Diocese to speak with local residents, to officiate at baptisms and oversee the Church’s charity projects.
